We're supporting a global organisation in a regulated technology environment that is looking for a Threat Analyst to join on an initial 6-month contract. You'll support product security activity across vulnerability assessment, threat analysis, risk documentation, and mitigation tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess product security vulnerabilities
- Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors
- Analyse exploitability, severity, likelihood, and product impact
- Support risk assessments and security documentation
- Work with technical teams to define and track mitigations
- Help improve vulnerability management processes
Skills and experience required
- Experience ideally in threat analysis or vulnerability management
- Strong understanding of security controls, vulnerabilities, and attack methods
- Exposure to vulnerability scanning, SAST, SCA, or DevSecOps tools
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar
- Comfortable across Windows and Linux environments
- Strong written communication skills
