I'm working with a UK Education Client who are looking to bring in an IAM Engineer to support their Identity & Access Management environment. They need someone who's comfortable getting stuck in; a mix of design validation, hands-on configuration, and helping get their IAM setup into a really solid place.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working on IAM design and configuration: sense-checking what's in place and improving it where needed
  • Hands-on implementation and configuration of IAM solutions
  • Managing joiners / movers / leavers processes
  • Setting up and refining access controls (RBAC, governance models)
  • Supporting system integrations and identity flows
  • Fixing issues, closing gaps, and helping get everything production-ready

What they're looking for:

  • Solid experience working as an IAM Engineer
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle + access management
  • Experience with tools like Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock (or similar)
  • Someone who's comfortable working in a complex environment and can just get on with things

The setup:

  • 3-month initial contract (very likely to extend)
  • Outside IR35
  • Fully remote
