The Exams Officer is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of all examinations within the organisation, ensuring they are conducted in line with awarding body regulations, internal policies, and statutory requirements. The Exams Officer acts as the main point of contact for awarding bodies, staff, learners, and external partners, providing guidance and administrative support throughout the academic cycle. They manage exam timetables, venues, invigilation arrangements, access arrangements, exam materials, and post-exam processes, ensuring deadlines are met and records are accurate.
