An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a successful and growing Building Services contractor based in West Yorkshire. Working from our Head Office in West Yorkshire, you will play a key role in the delivery of a varied portfolio of electrical building services projects across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and laboratories. This position would suit an ambitious Project Manager looking to join a well-established organisation where technical expertise, quality workmanship and long-term client relationships are valued. About the Role As Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple electrical projects, typically ranging from small works through to projects valued at approximately £500,000 electrical package value. You will manage projects through all stages of delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on project management role with significant client interaction and ownership of project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Managing electrical building services projects from inception through to completion Planning and coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and plant requirements Monitoring programme performance and ensuring projects are delivered on time Managing project budgets and supporting commercial performance Procuring materials and subcontract services Attending client, design and site progress meetings Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures Monitoring installation quality and overseeing project commissioning activities Producing project reports and progress updates Managing project documentation and handover processes Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners Resolving technical and operational challenges throughout project delivery About You We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running and confidently manage electrical projects with minimal supervision. You will have: Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the Building Services, M&E or Electrical Contracting sector A strong understanding of electrical building services installations Experience delivering projects within commercial, industrial, healthcare, education or similar environments The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Commercial awareness with experience of controlling project costs and programme performance A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach Full UK Driving Licence Desirable Qualifications HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering SMSTS, SSSTS or other relevant Health & Safety qualifications ECS/CSCS Card Experience within healthcare, laboratory or technically complex environments What's on Offer?
