Real World Services is actively seeking dedicated SIA operatives in a Site Security Supervisor role for immediate start to bolster our on-site Security team for one of our Dorchester clients. We are a well-established security company operating across Dorset that is committed to maintaining the highest security and safety standards.

Role Overview: As a Site Security Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be protecting our client’s facilities, grounds and personnel. You will also perform Control Room duties, mobile patrolling and monitoring CCTV. You will work directly with our Operations Manager, Simon Mitchell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Static guarding onsite at our client’s Dorchester premises and grounds.
  • Alarm monitoring and response.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid SIA licence
  • Full driving licence
  • Previous experience in security (advantageous), including:
  • Control Room Operations
  • Mobile Patrols
  • Static Guarding
  • Basic proficiency in mobile handheld technology.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining security and safety standards.
  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Approachable with excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proven trustworthiness, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Benefits & Remuneration:

    • PAYE-based positions.
    • 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:00).
    • 4 On 4 Off shift rotation.
    • £13.00 per hour after the probationary period.
    • 20 days of annual holiday.
