We transform how head office retail managers improve the business performance of their companies with our Decision Support Solution. The Cloud solution is primarily based on Data Analytics tools combined with our deep market knowledge. RWA is a scale-up company with more than 150 group customers in Ireland and the UK in the retail, pharmacy, and automotive sectors.
What you will be doing
We’re looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join our Automotive team and support customers using our reporting and analytics platform. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in customer support, administration, or technology. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, helping to log, track, and resolve issues, while learning about automotive retail, business intelligence reporting, and how a growing tech-enabled business operates. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer queries (email and internal systems)
- Log and track support requests accurately using our support tools (e.g. Monday.com)
- Keep customers updated on progress in a clear and friendly way
- Help customers with basic queries such as:
- Access to reports and dashboards
- Passwords and permissions
- Understanding where to find information
- Administration & Process Support
- Keep support records, contact lists, and documentation up to date
- Assist with customer onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Support routine processes such as report delay notifications and system updates
- Follow clear processes while learning when and how to escalate issues
- Working With the Team
- Work closely with the Automotive team, including Customer Success and Product teams
- Escalate technical issues clearly, providing all relevant information
- Learn from more experienced team members and ask questions when unsure
Skills and Requirements

- A genuine interest in customer support, administration, or technology
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent English Speaker
- Eligible to work in Ireland permanently

- Any experience in customer service, admin, or office environments
- Familiarity with ticketing tools, CRM systems, or task management tools
- Interest in the automotive industry or data/BI reporting
Training & Progression
You will receive full training on our systems, processes, and automotive products. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to:

HYBRID / REMOTE FIRST
We have an office base in Dublin 12 where we meet and for this position occasional travel to Dublin will be required. We see the role as being an early start therefore the hours would likely be 7am to 3.30pm or 7.30am to 4pm.

A salary of £35,000-£40,000 is on offer for the right candidate. Contributory pension scheme. Full healthcare cover following successful completion of probation.
