Salary: £67,000 - 82,000 per year
Requirements
- Minimum three years of support experience with D365 Finance & Operations, including order processing management
- Proven knowledge of business processes in a sales and distribution operation
- Fluent in English
- An additional European language is a plus
- Knowledge of D365 Retail and Commerce is desired
- Microsoft certification for D365 Finance & Operations is desired
Responsibilities
- Provide ERP support for international markets in Europe and APAC, including handling support tickets
- Analyse tickets raised by our international business users and determine the best way to help and support each enquiry
- Carry out hands-on work in system setups and configurations
- Provide user training and documentation to reduce errors
- Support continuous training of business users
- Participate in documenting processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in D365 standards and technologies
