About the Client: Our client, a prestigious university, is dedicated to enhancing its research management processes through the implementation of Worktribe. They are seeking an experienced Worktribe Consultant to join their team on a contract basis to support the implementation of key modules including Pre-Contract, Post-Award, Ethics, Timesheets, and Due Diligence.
Role Overview: As a Worktribe Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and configuration of the Worktribe system for our university client. You will work closely with their internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of the Pre-Contract, Post-Award, Ethics, Timesheets, and Due Diligence modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Worktribe modules: Pre-Contract, Post-Award, Ethics, Timesheets, and Due Diligence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for each module to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure smooth adoption and proficient use of the Worktribe system.
