Role Overview: You’ll lead defined workstreams as part of the migration of Unit4 (Agresso/Business World) from on‑premises (Azure) to vendor SaaS. This is a critical replatforming project with significant integration elements, reporting directly to the Programme Manager and working alongside a collaborative PM team.
Key Requirements
- Essential: Proven experience managing SaaS migrations (technical & functional workstreams). Strong knowledge of financial systems / ERP.
- Highly Desirable: Hands‑on experience with Unit4 Business World (Agresso) migrations to SaaS. Background in UK Higher Education and stakeholder governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of assigned workstreams within the Unit4 SaaS migration.
- Manage integrations with third‑party solutions (e.g., GrantsNow, Flywire).
- Develop project plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
- Engage stakeholders through workshops and decision‑making sessions.
- Mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure documentation and structured reporting for leadership and governance boards.

- Location: Hybrid – with on‑campus presence in Yorkshire 2‑3 days a week
- IR35: Outside
