London university is seeking an experienced Higher Education (HE) candidate to join their team as a Student Success Manager. You will play a pivotal role in supporting student success by developing initiatives that promote academic excellence.

Job Description:

Location:
Predominantly based in London, with campuses in East London and Birmingham.

Contract Type & Rate:
6-month contract at £300 per day.

Working Model:
Hybrid working model with flexible arrangements for remote or on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a newly established team.
2. Design programs to improve the academic experience.
3. Develop strategies to enhance retention rates for international students.
4. Collaborate with faculty members to design innovative teaching and learning approaches.

Previous experience in Higher Education in similar roles is required.
