Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to join our team on a short-term contract to support our Student Loans Company (SLC) operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate student finance data management and effective liaison with the SLC, particularly around undergraduate attendance confirmation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the institution and the Student Loans Company (SLC).
  • Oversee and manage the first attendance confirmation process for undergraduate students.
  • Ensure student records and data are accurately maintained and reconciled with SLC systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance with SLC requirements.
  • Monitor and report on attendance data submissions and reconciliation outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement of student finance data processes.
