An established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint two Consultant Quantity Surveyors and one Senior Consultant Quantity Surveyor to join its Sunderland office. With a strong pipeline of secured work across the North East, this is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning healthcare, education, residential, commercial, leisure, infrastructure and public sector developments.
You'll have the opportunity to see projects through from inception to completion, working closely with clients and project teams while developing your technical and commercial expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Projects Current commissions include:
- Healthcare projects ranging from GP surgery refurbishments and extensions through to major hospital developments
- Higher education projects for leading universities
- Commercial office and mixed-use developments
- New-build residential developments
- Local authority regeneration, infrastructure and public realm schemes
- Leisure and community projects
Projects are primarily located throughout the North East, with occasional opportunities to support wider regional projects where specialist expertise is required.
The Opportunities:
- Consultant Quantity Surveyor Salary: £36,000 - £42,000
This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor with consultancy, client-side or contractor experience looking to build their career within a professional consultancy environment. Key responsibilities will include: - Cost planning and estimating
