Role Overview: You'll lead defined workstreams as part of the migration of Unit4 (Agresso/Business World) from on‐premises (Azure) to vendor SaaS. This is a critical replatforming project with significant integration elements, reporting directly to the Programme Manager and working alongside a collaborative PM team.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing SaaS migrations (technical & functional workstreams).
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems / ERP.
  • Highly Desirable: Hands‐on experience with Unit4 Business World (Agresso) migrations to SaaS.
  • Background in UK Higher Education and stakeholder governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery of assigned workstreams within the Unit4 SaaS migration.
  • Manage integrations with third‐party solutions (e.g., GrantsNow, Flywire).
  • Develop project plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
  • Engage stakeholders through workshops and decision‐making sessions.
  • Mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
  • Ensure documentation and structured reporting for leadership and governance boards.

Contract Details

  • Location: Hybrid – with on‐campus presence in Yorkshire 2‐3 days a week
  • IR35: Outside
  • Duration: 6 months.
  • Start Date: January 2026.
