I'm working with a UK Education Client who are looking to bring in an IAM Engineer to support their Identity & Access Management environment. They need someone who's comfortable getting stuck in; a mix of design validation, hands-on configuration, and helping get their IAM setup into a really solid place.
What you'll be doing:
- Working on IAM design and configuration: sense-checking what's in place and improving it where needed
- Hands-on implementation and configuration of IAM solutions
- Managing joiners / movers / leavers processes
- Setting up and refining access controls (RBAC, governance models)
- Supporting system integrations and identity flows
- Fixing issues, closing gaps, and helping get everything production-ready
What they're looking for:
- Solid experience working as an IAM Engineer
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle + access management
- Experience with tools like Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock (or similar)
- Someone who's comfortable working in a complex environment and can just get on with things
The setup:
