I am working with a University in London who are looking for a Data Engineer on a 3 month contract basis to implement Microsoft Purview. Lead on the Microsoft Purview Implementation by recommending and leading the deployment of Microsoft Purview to enhance data governance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Purview solutions to enhance data governance, cataloging, and lineage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data management needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Integrate Microsoft Purview with existing data infrastructure and tools to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including data models, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize data processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Location: Onsite 2 days per week in central London
Rate: Approx £500 per day
Duration: 3 month contract
