Real Staffing Group is assisting a major UK Higher Education institution with the recruitment of an experienced Building Surveyor/Minor Projects Manager to join the Estates Projects team. This role focuses on refurbishment, lifecycle, compliance and minor capital works across the estate, often in occupied spaces.
You will oversee feasibility through to completion, manage multiple projects, and provide professional surveying advice to internal stakeholders, including budget control and scheduling.
