What you’ll be doing:

🔹 Continue hands-on recruitment in AI, data and cyber roles

🔹 Hire, lead and develop your own team of consultants

🔹 Set strategy and drive growth your way

🔹 Work with top-tier clients who value (and pay for) quality

🔹 Build long-term relationships across both client and candidate markets

What you’ll need:

✔ Proven billing success in tech recruitment – AI, data or cyber security

✔ Strong client and candidate relationships

✔ Consistent track record of hitting/exceeding targets

✔ Hunger to step up into a leadership role and build your own team
