This secure organisation has been established for over 50 years and due to strategic expansion, a number of opportunities have now arisen for Foundry Supervisor to join them at their manufacturing facility in Somerset. Reporting into the Foundry Manager, you will lead a small, friendly department in the melting and castings operations within the Foundry. My client is keen to speak to either of the following people:
- A current Supervisor or Team Leader with a castings background.
- A member of production with significant castings experience and now ready to take a step up.
Regardless of previous expertise, you will possess excellent organisational and time-keeping skills, an eye for detail and be comfortable working in a fast-moving industrial environment. In return, you will receive an annual salary of £32,000 - £36,000, dependent on experience, plus an excellent benefits package. You can also enjoy a long weekend, as the company operates on the working hours of Monday-Thursday 6.45am – 5pm.
