Requirements:
- Strong scientific background in chemistry, material science, or chemical engineering
- Confident communicator with the soft skills to be the technical face of the team
- Gritty, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Advanced degree such as an MSc or PhD is strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Own the full technical pre-sales process from first demo through business value case development, technical evaluation positioning, and pilot execution
- Architect and build custom demonstrations, workshops, and pilots tailored to each prospect's R&D workflows
- Partner closely with Account Executives and stakeholders to drive value-based selling and close new revenue
- Lead technical evaluations and demo sessions, presenting how our platform transforms R&D data management and innovation
- Mentor and manage new graduate team members supporting technical evaluations
- Write scripts and configure integrations on our integration server to support custom prospect engagements
- Travel 20-25% of the time to meet prospects and deliver on-site presentations and workshops
