Senior Consultant - Digital & Data

Senior UX/UI Hybrid (Sunderland) My client is a fast-growing fintech business redefining how individuals and businesses interact with their money. With secure, data-driven platforms and a customer-first approach, we’re simplifying financial services with elegant digital products that truly make a difference. As our Senior UX/UI Designer , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our digital ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, human-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions Balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced, agile environment 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in fintech or related fields ~ Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design (web + mobile) ~ Experience working within agile teams and collaborating with developers ~ Familiarity with design for secure and data-sensitive applications is a plus
