This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Operations Executive / Senior Sales Administrator with 3+ years experience in sales support, sales operations or client services and experience within an MSP, software reseller or technology provider.

The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the sales and operations functions through efficient management of quotations, orders, renewals, vendor relationships, customer communications, export administration and operational processes. The role acts as a central coordination point between customers, account managers, vendors, distributors, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The Sales Operations Executive will support the full customer lifecycle, from quotation and procurement through to delivery, renewals, licensing and returns management. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years experience in sales support, sales operations or client services.
  • Experience within an MSP, software reseller or technology provider.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience managing quotations, orders and renewals.
