You might have experience selling into sectors such as universities, hospitals, residential developments, offices, public sector sites, commercial buildings, leisure, retail, industrial estates or other large customer environments. This could suit someone already operating as a Head of Sales, Regional Sales Manager or Sales Director, but we are also very open to a high performing Senior Business Development Manager or Business Development Manager who is ready to step into a broader leadership role. - A strong track record of winning new business and growing accounts
- Experience managing, mentoring or supporting other salespeople
- Confidence dealing with senior decision makers
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage pipeline, forecasts and sales performance
- A practical, hands-on approach
