Real Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an industry-leading organisation that specialises in delivering exciting, innovative permanent Audio-Visual installations across the entertainment, live performance sector and education sectors, to recruit Technical Project Manager (Permanent Installations) for the Scotland and Northern UK region on a full time, permanent basis.\\n\\nWe're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their Projects team and take the lead on technically complex, high-impact projects across iconic venues and creative spaces.\\n\\nThis is an incredible opportunity to combine your project leadership experience with a passion for technology and the arts with a truly people-first organisation.\\n\\nWhat’s Available To You\\n\\nSalary up to £45,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Annual Profit Related Bonus Scheme\\n\\n * \\n\\n Car Allowance £6,600 per annum\\n\\n * \\n\\n Annual Profit Share Bonus Scheme\\n\\n * \\n\\n 25 Days holiday per annum (Rising to 30 days) + Bank Holidays\\n\\n * \\n\\n Additional Holiday Purchase Scheme\\n\\n * \\n\\n Healthcare Cash Plan\\n\\n * \\n\\n Entry into Monthly Stage Events Draw\\n\\n * \\n\\n Giving Back – Paid Volunteering Days\\n\\n * \\n\\n Annual Training & Development Fund (individual)\\n\\nWhat You'll Be Doing As A Technical Project Manager\\n\\nAs a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the full lifecycle of permanent installation projects, working with cutting-edge equipment across theatres, universities, community spaces, creative venues and broadcasting – to name a few.\\n\\nFrom client briefing and technical scoping, through to delivery, compliance, and final sign-off – you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.\\n\\nYou’ll work closely with Business Development Managers, translating client briefs into technical solutions, supporting bids and tenders, and ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to completion.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting BDMs with site visits, technical scoping and costing\\n\\n * \\n\\n Leading the planning and execution of installation projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing timelines, resources, site staff and subcontractors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Producing RAMS, HSEQ plans and ensuring safety and compliance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Hosting progress meetings and client check-ins\\n\\n * \\n\\n Handling project documentation, financial tracking and post-installation reviews\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining strong client relationships and supporting repeat business\\n\\nWhat You’ll Bring\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience managing permanent installations or technical fit-outs\\n\\n * \\n\\n Industry experience in entertainment tech, AV, events, construction or building services\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to collaborate closely with commercial/BD teams and convert specs into delivery plans\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of HSEQ, RAMS and on-site protocols\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent planning, time management and stakeholder communication\\n\\n * \\n\\n Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver profitable, high-quality projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly\\n\\n * \\n\\n Located within the Newcastle, Scotland or Sunderland areas due to onsite commitments (We are also recruiting for a London region position)
