We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager with a high attention to detail and solid experience of ISO27001 to assist with ISO standards to ensure compliance and prepare for ongoing certification. Strong process development and improvement experience is essential for this position.
The Operations Manager is a crucial figure within the organisation, dealing with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the organisation runs smoothly, with all aspects of the business being dealt with as efficiently as possible.
Location: New Malden, KT3
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits and 3 Volunteering days per year
What does this entail? It requires someone who displays exemplary attention to detail and a drive to deliver but is also empathetic and understands that our business is about our people. This requires the individual to wear multiple hats and juggle competing priorities, all while remaining calm and maintaining a sense of humour. Experience in a fast-paced SME will be hugely beneficial. It is a challenging and rewarding role for someone who is looking to make an impact in a growing business.
Key responsibilities:- Process development and improvement.
- Ensure the project management system reflects the needs of the business and is amended as required.
- Assist with ISO standards (9001/14001/27001), ensure compliance and prepare for ongoing certification.
- Monitor, manage, and report on company NPS score.
- Attend departmental meetings to ensure compliance and address issues.
- Update and monitor reports ensuring accuracy and highlighting potential issues.
- Monitor and ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
- Work with external stakeholders (e.g. clients, lawyers, government agencies) to ensure compliance and pass on actions to internal contacts.
- Complete sales operations tasks.
- Manage supplier/client documentation and negotiate terms where appropriate.
- Monitor inboxes and ensure any actions are delegated to the relevant parties.
- Monitor client feedback and ensure the appropriate steps are taken to address issues.
- Manage the AdobeSign account to ensure effective use.
- Proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
- Manage all aspects of the office (e.g. recycling, office sundries and cleaning).
- Order gifts for clients/colleagues as required.
