Sales Development Team Leader. London (hybrid). £70,000 - £75,000 (OTE £95,000 - £100,000). My London-based high-growth start-up client have developed a best-in-class AI driven human resources platform, used by leading organisations globally, to execute admin work end-to-end and move beyond rigid HR system. They have received £20million in funding and are backed by well-known tech companies including Slack, Figma and Shopify, to name a few. Due to fast expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Development Team Leader to join them and lead a team of four Sales Development Representatives. This is a great opportunity to play an integral part of the company’s growth. You are not inheriting a finished playbook but instead; you’re defining the AI-native outbound function from scratch when the product is genuinely differentiated. Does this sound like the type of company that can offer you the engaging and exciting next step of your career? The key responsibilities for your new role as a Sales Development Team Leader are as follows: Leading, coaching and developing a team of four SDRs through call reviews, 1:1s and hands-on deal support. Personally contributing to outbound activity and opening target accounts yourself. Owning the outbound strategy end-to-end; refining the playbook, sharpening ICP targeting and driving cold calling as the primary channel. Building and optimising AI-assisted sequences and tooling to keep the team ahead of the competition. Partnering closely with AEs and RevOps to ensure tight pipeline handoffs and strong conversion rates. Using data and analytics to diagnose underperformance, track activity metrics and continuously raise the bar on quality. My client is keen to speak with people who have worked in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, who have a minimum of two years’ team leading / managing experience, combined with five years outbound sales experience. You will also need to have genuinely strong cold-calling experience, as you will need to be able to do it yourself and coach others to do it exceptionally well. In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of £70,000 - £75,000, with a high OTE of £95,000 - £100,000. An excellent benefits package is also on offer including equity, 25 days holiday per year (plus Bank holidays), private health, vision and dental, and a personal L&D budget. You will be based in central London, with four days in the office and one day WFH. If this Sales Development Team Leader role is of interest to you, please apply online.
