What We\’re Looking For: * Essential: A minimum of 2 years\’ experience as a Registered Manager or 3-4 years as a Deputy Manager within a home rated \’Good\’ or \’Outstanding\’ by Ofsted. * Essential: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or a committed plan to achieve this qualification. * Essential: A proven passion for creating therapeutic environments and a strong understanding of relevant legislation (The Children Act 1989, safeguarding). * Essential: Full UK Driving Licence. * The Vision: The leadership skills, creativity, and integrity to build something exceptional.
