Having been established for over 30 years, my plastics manufacturing client is a secure organisation with an outstanding reputation in their marketplace. As an organisation, they invest heavily in the training and development of their talented workforce and due to further expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for an electrically-biased Maintenance Engineer to join them. They are keen to provide the training and mentoring to enable you to upskill and further develop your mechanical expertise – making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow and develop.

In your new role as a Maintenance Engineer, you will support the smooth running of the factory, resolving breakdowns and delivering planned maintenance on machinery including presses, moulders and furnaces. You will also drive improvements across the site to ensure quality and performance are maximised.

My client is keen to speak to electrically-biased Maintenance Engineers from a manufacturing environment and regardless of previous expertise, you will be a team player, by nature, have an excellent eye for detail and be comfortable working in a fast-moving industrial environment.
