A senior event content professional seeking that next step to take management responsibilities and drive the productivity of the programme team.
Key responsibilities will be to oversee all content across the courses from topic generation through to sourcing trainers and on the day delivery. Scheduling the courses and managing own deadlines as well as the teams. Identify growth areas and drive idea generation through public policy updates and skills areas. Proofing content and monitor and track all delegate bookings. To support the team and their progression and assist the Head of Division with financial forecasts. Working closely with the operations, marketing and sales teams, managing internal relationships.
You will need strong commercial understanding with the ability to spot new trends for each course. Knowledge and experience in putting together training courses, strong research skills and experience of event content. Self motivated and highly detailed with the ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
