Accounts Assistant — Permanent, up to 30,000
Our client, a global logistics company, is seeking an Accounts Assistant with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, reconciliations, invoice logging and other ad hoc duties. The role is based within an easy reach of Feltham, Hounslow, Twickenham, Staines, Sunbury or Ashford.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding and Purchase Ledger
- General accounting duties and end-to-end accounts processing
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Reconciliations, Invoice Logging
- Undertake other ad hoc accounting duties as required
- Able to commit to 5 days in the office, 9:00–17:30
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a Logistics/Freight Forwarding company
- SAGE knowledge
- Immediate availability or short notice period
