40 hours a week. Very homely care home, provides high quality residential/dementia care, based in Taunton. The residents of this lovely care home are the forefront of everything. As a Care Team Leader, you'll be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion.
- The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent.
- You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards.
- Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role.
- You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
- You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.
- You will also hold SVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care and have previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care for the position of Care Team Leader.
