PERMANENT JOB – NURSING HOME MANAGER

LOCATION: SHOREHAM

SALARY – CIRCA £70,000 pa plus bonus

Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity in Shoreham? Are you passionate about elderly care, with good leadership skills and an overall people person? YES! then you are the person we are looking for.

We are recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a large purpose built Nursing home in Shoreham which is operated by a well respected Care provider.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably managing a 50 + bedded home
  • Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
  • Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
  • NVQ level 4 or 5 Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential
  • Experience with elderly care is a must
  • Qualified Nurse with an active PIN
