We are recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a large purpose-built nursing home in Shoreham, operated by a well-respected care provider.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably managing a 50+ bedded home
  • Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
  • Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
  • NVQ level 4 or 5
  • Registered Manager Award is beneficial, but not essential
  • Experience with elderly care is a must
  • Qualified Nurse with an active PIN
