Salary: 55,000 + substantial bonus

Are you an experienced Residential Service Manager living in the Powys area or willing to relocate? Are you passionate about elderly care, with good leadership skills and an overall people person? If the answer is YES, then you are the person we are looking for.
Our well-respected client is now looking for an experienced Residential Service Manager. As the Residential Service Home Manager you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position of managing a small Residential Home or maybe you want to step down to a smaller home
- Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
- Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
- NVQ level 4 or 5
- Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience with elderly care is a must
