SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000 plus excellent benefits which include:

The job role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a new role with our rapidly growing client. You will be supporting the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to candidate coordination and successful onboarding, all whilst ensuring a smooth, professional and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and politely
- Fast and accurate typing skills, high level of proficiency in Microsoft packages
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with other staff and as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to build rapport with internal teams as well as recruiters and lecturers
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Previous recruitment-based experience is essential (at least 18 months)
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and UK employment practices
- HR or recruitment certification (e.g CIPD Level 3) beneficial but not essential
Day to Day Duties
- Candidate sourcing – using LinkedIn and other tools to identify suitable candidates for our roles
- Screening support – conduct initial sift through CVs, right to work checks and references
- Interview coordination
- Applicant tracking
- Job advertising
- Administrative support – prepare and issue offer of employments and contracts, provide weekly updates on recruitment, input to and adhere to recruitment strategy, assist with preparation of job descriptions, ownership of new starter checklists
- Career fairs – organise and attend fairs as well as organising appropriate documentation

What we are looking for is somebody who has had at least an 18 month career in recruitment who is looking to start their internal career as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role has the opportunity to grow to a manager as the business and recruitment team expands.
