As a Care Home Manager you will have
- Previous experience in a similar position of managing a small Residential Home or maybe you want to step down to a smaller home.
- Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
- Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
- NVQ level 4 or 5
- Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience with an elderly care is a must
