Our well-respected client is now looking for an experienced Care Home Manager. As the Care Home Manager, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position of managing a small Residential Home (40 beds) or maybe you want to step down to a smaller home
- Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
- Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
- NVQ level 4 or 5
- Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience with elderly care is a must
