We are recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a large purpose built Nursing home in Camden which is operated by a well respected Care provider.
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably managing a 50 + bedded home
- Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
- Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
- NVQ level 4 or 5
- Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience with elderly care is a must
- Qualified Nurse with an active PIN
