Residential Lettings Manager – Dorchester Salary: £35,000 to £40,000, with OTE of £38,000 to £45,000 Benefits:

Hours: the Lettings Manager is required to work 9:00am to 5.30pm weekdays, and joining a Saturday morning rota from 9am to 1pm Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Manager

  • Proactively win new instructions to expand the lettings portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional lettings process
  • Work closely with the existing lettings teams to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Conduct property appraisals, attend viewings, and manage negotiations
  • Monitor the local property market to identify growth opportunities and market trends Essential Skills
  • Strong ability to win instructions and develop a portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing a high standard of service
  • ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Confident in the use of a computer and data management systems essential
  • Full driving license with access to a vehicle Experience Proven experience in residential lettings or sales is essential.
