Our client, an established firm of Solicitors in the centre of Bournemouth, seeks a Legal Secretary to support their busy Family Law Team. The prime role of the family law secretary is to provide direct support to their principal, including but not limited to the main responsibilities given below. The secretary is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative.

Duties of the Legal Secretary will include:

  • Handle client enquiries in person
  • Provide exceptional client service
  • Assist with the progression of matters within the parameters of experience, authority and skill
  • Participate in Staff Meetings
  • Assist other fee earners in the absence of their regular administration support
  • Maintain confidentiality
