Our client is a very successful retail business who now has a need to recruit a TechOps Specialist to their team. Working closely with the Technology Director, as the TechOps Specialist you'll own internal tech ops. You'll own the user lifecycle from a systems perspective, ensuring your colleagues have the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work. You'll lead the relationship with our MSP and use your expertise and systems knowledge to make life easier for your colleagues. You'll be the expert people see when they want better ways of working in the tools used, and the visionary who helps develop and initiate tools required.
