An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Technical to join a client-side development organisation delivering a landmark residential scheme in Hampshire. This senior leadership role will take responsibility for the technical delivery of a major new-build development comprising approximately 400 residential units. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will lead a team of two Technical Managers and oversee all technical, design, engineering, and consultant coordination.
