As a practice in their surveying department they undertake planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall work, project monitoring, project management, building surveys and HMO related work. Our client is looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to their team to assist the established Building Surveying team across a broad range of commercial and residential building surveying duties including completing building surveys, undertaking inspections, commercial dilapidations, party wall, overseeing works on site and contract administration. The company has a successful track record of supporting candidates through their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to becoming members of the RICS (MRICS). To apply for the position of Graduate Building Surveyor you will possess the following: * Degree or relevant qualification in building surveying or similar * Building surveying experience * You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an acute attention to detail
