Take the next step in your tax career with a leading national accountancy and advisory firm. We are recruiting for a highly respected and growing accountancy practice to recruit a Tax Manager for their Fleetwood office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager looking to manage a varied client portfolio, mentor junior colleagues and play a key role in delivering high-quality personal tax advice within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and professionals.
• Review tax compliance work, provide technical guidance and mentor junior members of the team.
• Deliver proactive advice across a range of personal tax matters, including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and residency planning.
• Build strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to add value through advisory services.

What we are looking for as a Tax Manager

• ATT qualified as a minimum, with CTA qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable.
• Strong background in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
• Experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing the work of others.
• A proactive communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships and supporting team development.
