As Registered Care Home Manager you will:
- Be qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have previous experience in a residential setting, preferably with elderly care.
- Have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Have the ability to provide a high-quality service to all the residents.
- Have previous experience with team management, staff appraisals, care planning, risk assessments, and medication management.
