Job Profile
Our client, a private practice of Building Surveyors and Architects based in the New Forest, Southampton area, is recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join on a full-time, permanent basis. The surveying department undertakes planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall work, project monitoring, project management, building surveys and HMO related work.

- Degree or relevant qualification in building surveying or similar

You would be expected to work independently across a broad range of residential and commercial property, mainly in and around Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth and the New Forest, but with other work throughout the UK. Strong verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
