Working closely with the CEO and as part of the communications team you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies, maintaining engagement with members, partners and sponsors, promoting the benefits of working with the company.
Key responsibilities include fulfilling a managerial role within the team, developing communications with members and stakeholders and identifying new relationship opportunities to increase revenue and develop and strengthen membership. You would be expected to develop an in depth knowledge of the business and its members making a positive and visible impact on the company profile within their sector.
Extensive experience in strategic account management with a track record of dealing with senior level representatives. Sales and marketing experience is essential with the ability to develop CRM systems and track engagement. Experience of delivering projects to deadlines and within budget with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree level of education or equivalent with the ability to work in small team environment with a "hands on" approach and can do attitude. Professional and business like with plenty of enthusiasm and desire to make a difference.
