Project manage your own portfolio of small to medium events for this innovative company who deliver over 100 plus events a year such as large scale tradeshows, conferences, summits and webinars.
Working with the Head of Events and supporting the Event Managers with managing the logistics for large scale Events, such as shipments, merchandise and marketing collateral. Also working with tradeshow organisers on the company's exhibition stands, design and logistical preparations, catering, onsite entertainment, AV and all other third party supplier arrangements.
Research on suitable venues and fresh event ideas such as decor, creative branding and audience engagement. Also to work with graphic designers to create branded materials for each event.
You will need to demonstrate 2-3 years experience of working in the events sector coordinating corporate events such as exhibitions, conferences and summits. Degree level of education (or equivalent) preferably in marketing, communications or related field.
Extremely organised and confident to project manage multiple events simultaneously. Passionate and driven to deliver high quality events in a deadline driven, commercial environment with excellent eye for detail and creative ability.
Working as part of a highly talented friendly team where you will be given plenty of scope to thrive and grow your event career. Able to travel internationally (when allowed) and have a flexible approach to working hours. Due to COVID restrictions this role will initially be home based. The company are based in North London, close to underground station and easy access from central London on the northern line and bus routes.
Please note this role will initially be offered on a 9 month contract but is highly likely to lead to a permanent role.
