This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing recruitment agency that is making a strong impact across the West Midlands. The Worcester branch opened in mid-2025 and, due to continued success, the business has already expanded with two additional branches across the region. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead and grow the Worcester office. This role would suit an experienced Branch Manager or a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll have the autonomy to build, develop and scale a high-performing desk and team, with the backing of an established and supportive business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing the Worcester branch
  • Driving business development and securing new clients
  • Leading from the front with billing and desk performance
