Real Personnel are working with a small but successful recruitment agency based in Willenhall, specialising in Construction, Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing recruitment. We’re now looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with strong sales experience who thrives on winning new business and growing accounts. This role is heavily sales and business development focused. If you love building relationships, opening doors, and seeing direct results from your effort, this one’s for you.
The Role
- Actively winning new business through cold calling, networking and relationship building
- Developing and growing existing client accounts
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Building long-term partnerships with clients across your sector
- Working closely with the team to grow the desk and agency as a whole
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with business development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven with a commercial mindset
- Organised, proactive and self-motivated
