We’re working with a well-established recruitment agency based in Salford who are looking to expand their permanent division with the addition of an experienced Recruitment Consultant. You’ll be joining a close-knit perm team of four, with strong support and a collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle while also having the backing of a dedicated sales and business development team.

The Role

  • Managing the full 360 permanent recruitment process
  • Working on a warm desk with existing client relationships and live roles
  • Building and developing your own client base alongside the existing pipeline
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across permanent roles
  • Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Collaborating with the wider team to maximise opportunities

About You

  • Previous experience in permanent recruitment is essential
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred, but other sector experience will be considered
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and commercially aware
  • Comfortable developing new business alongside managing existing clients
